1. About these Terms and who we are

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Pawsify (the "Site") and your purchase of products and subscription plans from us. In these Terms, "Pawsify," "we," "us," and "our" mean Skidex Global LLC, the operator of the Site and seller of the products. "You" means the person using the Site or buying from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy, and Subscription & Cancellation Policy, which are part of these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter into a binding contract.

2. Our products and claims

We sell plant-based flea and tick repellent collars for dogs, replaceable protection pods, and related accessories. Results vary depending on your dog's coat length and density, how much time your dog spends outdoors, the level of flea and tick pressure in your area, and how the product is used. Our products are intended to help repel fleas and ticks. They are not veterinary medicines or pesticides, they are not guaranteed to prevent bites or to eliminate an existing infestation, and they are not a substitute for veterinary care or prescription parasite prevention. Please follow the directions for use and the warnings on the packaging. Do not use our collars on cats or on puppies below the age stated on the packaging. If your dog has an active infestation, or develops redness, hair loss, or any other reaction, stop use and consult your veterinarian.

3. Product information, pricing, and availability

We try to describe and price products accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions, images, or prices are always error-free. Colors and packaging may vary slightly. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) and may change at any time before you order. We may correct errors and cancel or refuse orders affected by a pricing or description error, even after an order is submitted. If we cancel such an order after payment, we will refund you in full. Products are offered subject to availability.

4. Orders and contract formation

Submitting an order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline. Your contract with us forms when we send an order confirmation or ship your order. We may limit quantities, or refuse or cancel orders, to prevent fraud, correct errors, or address suspected abuse of promotions, subscriptions, or refunds. Information you give us must be accurate and complete.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by our Shopify checkout and the payment providers it uses, and by any other payment method you choose at checkout. By providing payment details, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method, and you authorize a charge for the full order amount, including taxes, shipping, and any recurring subscription charges. We do not store full card numbers; card data is handled by PCI-DSS-compliant providers. For one-time orders you are charged when we accept your order. 6. Subscriptions

We offer subscription (auto-refill) plans that renew automatically until cancelled. The full terms, including billing, renewals, price changes, and how to cancel. By enrolling, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Full terms are in our Subscription & Cancellation Policy.

7. Shipping and delivery

We process orders within 1 to 3 business days and provide delivery estimates at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you when the product is delivered to you or your address. If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us and we will help arrange a replacement or refund. Title passes on full payment and delivery.

8. Returns and refunds

Our Refund & Return Policy explains returns, refunds, damaged or defective items, and, where applicable, EU / UK withdrawal rights. It is part of these Terms.

9. Warranties and disclaimers

We stand behind the quality of our products. Except for warranties that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you, the Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available," and we disclaim implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms removes non-waivable consumer rights, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness where they cannot lawfully be disclaimed, statutory guarantees for EU / UK consumers, or Canadian consumer-protection rights.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for non-waivable consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product, the Site, or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims and costs arising out of your misuse of the Site or products, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, images, logos, and the Pawsify name, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without permission, except as needed to use the Site normally.

13. User content and reviews

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you confirm it is truthful, lawful, and does not infringe anyone's rights, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it in connection with our business. We may remove content that is unlawful, deceptive, or in breach of these Terms.

14. Acceptable use

Use the Site only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the Site, gain unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape data without permission, or infringe the rights of others.

15. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United States and the laws of the state in which Skidex Global LLC is organized (the "Governing State"), without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer-protection laws of the place where you live. Arbitration and class-action waiver (U.S.)

Except where prohibited by law, disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, seated in the Governing State, and not by class or representative action. You may still bring a qualifying claim in small-claims court and seek injunctive relief. Where the law gives you a right to opt out of arbitration, we will describe how to do so. Some state laws limit the enforceability of these clauses; those laws control where they apply.

17. Accessibility

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, give notice where required. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

19. Text messaging (SMS)

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and order-related texts from Pawsify. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not share your mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for their own marketing.
