Privacy Policy
Last updated: 4 November 2026 · Version 11.4.2026 · Pawsify is a brand of Skidex Global LLC
1. Who we are
Skidex Global LLC ("Pawsify," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website Pawsify and sells plant-based flea and tick collars for dogs and related accessories, including optional subscription refill plans. We are a Wyoming limited liability company with our principal office at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit the Site, place an order, contact us, or enroll in a subscription. It does not cover third-party sites and services we link to.
For customers in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom, Skidex Global LLC is the data controller for the personal information described here. By using the Site you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you place an order, create an account, start a subscription, enter a promotion, or contact support, you may provide your name, billing and shipping addresses, email address, phone number, order and subscription preferences, and the contents of any messages you send us. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment provider; we do not receive or store your full card number.
Information we collect automatically. When you browse the Site, we and our providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to collect device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring pages, pages and products viewed, items added to cart, and the dates and times of your visits.
Information from third parties. We may receive information from advertising and analytics platforms (for example, campaign and attribution data), from social media services you use to interact with us, and from our fulfilment, shipping, and payment partners, consistent with their own terms and your settings.
What we do not collect. We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories of personal information, such as health data, biometric data, precise geolocation, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, or the contents of private communications. We do not knowingly collect information from children (see section 13). We do not use your personal information to train third-party artificial-intelligence models.
3. How we use your information
We use personal information to:
- process and fulfil orders, take payment, arrange shipping, and send order and delivery updates;
- create and manage your account and subscription refill plan, including recurring billing, renewal notices, and cancellations;
- respond to your questions, refund requests, and support inquiries;
- send marketing emails or texts where you have opted in, and let you opt out at any time;
- measure and improve Site performance, understand demand, prevent fraud, and keep the Site secure; and
- meet our legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations, and establish or defend legal claims.
4. Legal bases (EEA / UK)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (to process your orders and subscriptions); consent (for marketing and non-essential cookies, which you may withdraw at any time); legitimate interests (for Site security, fraud prevention, analytics, and improving our services, balanced against your rights); and legal obligation (for tax, accounting, and compliance).
5. Cookies, analytics, and advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary to run the Site (for example, to keep items in your cart and to process checkout) and, with your consent where required, functional, analytics, and advertising technologies. We use advertising and analytics tools from partners such as Meta and Google to measure our campaigns and show relevant ads. These partners may set cookies and receive limited event data, such as page views or purchases.
Where the law requires it (for example, for visitors in the EEA, the UK, or certain U.S. states), we request your consent through a cookie banner and honor your choices, including opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control where applicable. Because browser "Do Not Track" standards are not consistent, we may not respond to all DNT signals. You can manage cookies through your browser settings and, where offered, through our cookie preference tool. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent checkout from working.
6. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share personal information only as needed to run our business:
Service providers. Our e-commerce platform (Shopify), our payment providers and any other payment method you select, fulfilment and shipping carriers, warehousing partners, email and SMS providers, customer-support tools, and analytics and advertising partners. These providers may process your information only to perform services for us and under confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
Legal and safety. Courts, regulators, and law-enforcement or government authorities where reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, prevent fraud, or protect our rights, customers, and systems. We review requests for legal validity and object where we have grounds to do so.
Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, in which case personal information may transfer to the successor under protections consistent with this Policy.
With your consent. Where you have asked us to share information with a third party.
Some U.S. state laws treat the use of advertising cookies as "sharing" or "targeted advertising." Where that applies, we honor opt-out requests as described in section 11.
7. Payment processing
Payments are processed through our Shopify checkout by Shopify Payments and by any additional payment methods you select at checkout. These providers handle card data under the PCI-DSS security standard. We receive confirmation of payment and limited transaction details, not your full card number.
8. International data transfers
We operate from the United States and use service providers located in the United States and elsewhere. If you are in the EEA or the UK, your personal information may be transferred to countries that do not provide the same level of data protection as your home country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. Contact us for more information about these safeguards.
9. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here and to meet legal, tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution requirements. As a guide:
- order, payment, and tax records: 7 years after the transaction, as required by tax and accounting law;
- subscription and billing records: for the life of the subscription plus 7 years;
- customer-support conversations: 3 years after the matter is closed;
- marketing contact details: 24 months after your last interaction with us, or until you unsubscribe;
- cookie-consent records: 12 months;
- analytics data: up to 14 months;
- server and security logs: 12 months.
If you close your account or ask us to delete your information, we will do so unless we are required or permitted to keep it (for example, to complete a transaction, resolve a dispute, or meet a legal obligation). Backup copies are deleted in the ordinary course of business.
10. Your privacy rights
United States (state privacy laws). Depending on your state (for example, California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and others), you may have the right to know or access the personal information we hold, correct inaccurate information, delete your information, obtain a portable copy, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information for money. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@trypawsify.com. We will verify your request and respond within the time your law requires, and you may use an authorized agent where permitted. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights, and we do not offer financial incentives in exchange for personal information. Where your state gives you a right to appeal our decision, you may reply to our response to appeal.
Notice at collection (California). At or before the point of collection, the categories of personal information we collect, the purposes, and the categories of recipients are those described in sections 2, 3, and 6 of this Policy. We retain each category for the period stated in section 9.
California "Shine the Light." California residents may ask us once a year for a list of the categories of personal information we disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing in the preceding calendar year. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing. Requests may be sent to info@trypawsify.com.
Nevada. We do not sell covered information as defined by Nevada law. If you are a Nevada resident and wish to record a sale opt-out request, email info@trypawsify.com.
Canada (PIPEDA). If you are in Canada, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. Contact us at info@trypawsify.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
EEA / UK (GDPR). You may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, and to data portability. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. You may lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority (for example, the UK ICO). To exercise these rights, contact us at info@trypawsify.com.
11. Your choices and opt-out signals
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message, and stop marketing texts by replying STOP. We may still send you service messages about your orders, subscriptions, and account.
You can opt out of advertising cookies through our cookie preference tool where offered, through your browser settings, or by using a recognized opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control. We treat such signals as a valid request to opt out of sharing for targeted advertising for the browser or device that sends it.
To opt out of having your personal information shared for targeted advertising across all your devices, email info@trypawsify.com with the subject "Opt out of sharing."
12. Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS / TLS), access controls, least-privilege access for staff and contractors, and PCI-DSS-compliant payment providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please keep your account credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. We will never ask for your password by email.
If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
13. Children's privacy
Our Site and products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under the minimum age set by your local law). We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
14. Automated decision-making
We do not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you based solely on automated processing, and we do not profile you in a way that materially affects your access to our products. Fraud screening may flag an order for manual review by a person.
15. Text messaging (SMS)
If you opt in to text messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and order-related texts at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for their own marketing; we share it only with vendors that help us deliver our messages.
16. Third-party links
Our Site may link to other websites and services we do not control, including carrier tracking pages. This Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.
17. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide additional notice where required. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
