You may view, download, and print pages from this website for your own personal, non-commercial use, and you may share links to our pages. 3. Product information and claims
We sell plant-based flea and tick repellent collars for dogs, together with replaceable protection pods and related accessories. Our collars are designed to help repel fleas and ticks through plant-derived ingredients. They are not veterinary medicines, prescription treatments, or pesticides, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.
Results vary. How well a collar performs depends on your dog's coat length and density, how much time your dog spends outdoors, the level of flea and tick pressure in your area, and whether the pod is within its useful life. Our products are designed to make your dog a less attractive host. They are not a guarantee that your dog will not be bitten, and they are not a substitute for veterinary advice, prescription parasite prevention, or treatment of an existing infestation. If your dog has an active flea or tick infestation, or lives in an area with a high risk of tick-borne disease, speak to your veterinarian.
Our collars are designed for dogs. Do not use them on cats, puppies below the age stated on the packaging, or other animals unless the product label expressly says so. Some plant-derived ingredients that are tolerated by dogs can be harmful to cats. Keep the collar and pods out of reach of children. Do not allow your dog to chew the pod. If you notice redness, hair loss, irritation, lethargy, vomiting, or any other reaction, remove the collar, wash the area with mild soap and water, and contact your veterinarian.
Customer reviews, photographs, and testimonials on this website describe individual experiences. They are genuine accounts from individual customers, but they are not a prediction of the results you will experience, and they are not a guarantee of performance.
4. Subscriptions and recurring charges
We offer an optional subscription that renews automatically at the interval shown at checkout. The terms of that subscription, including billing, renewals, price changes, and how to cancel, are set out in our Subscription & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these notices.

We take care to describe our products and pricing accurately, but we do not warrant that every description, image, specification, price, or availability statement on this website is complete, current, or error-free. Colours, sizing, and packaging may vary from photographs. We may correct errors, update information, and change prices at any time, and we may decline or cancel an order affected by a pricing or description error, with a full refund if payment has already been taken.

If you submit a review, photograph, video, or comment to us or tag us in content, you confirm that the content is yours, is accurate, and does not infringe anyone else's rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our business, including on this website, in email, and in paid advertising. You can withdraw this permission at any time by emailing hello@trypawsify.com, and we will stop using the content in future materials, though we may not be able to recall material already printed or published by third parties.
We do not delete or edit reviews because they are negative, and we do not publish reviews from people who did not buy the product. We may edit content for length and clarity, and we may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, or in breach of our Terms of Service.
8. Limitation of liability
Nothing in this Legal Notice excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your non-waivable statutory rights as a consumer.
Subject to that, and to the fuller limitation of liability in our Terms of Service, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product, this website, or these notices will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

We sell to consumers and comply with the consumer-protection laws that apply to your order. We accept service of documents at that address. Please include your name, contact details, order number where relevant, and a clear description of the matter, and allow us two business days to acknowledge receipt.
If you believe content on this website infringes your copyright or trade mark, tell us which content, where it appears, and what right you hold. We will review the claim and, where appropriate, remove or amend the content.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
This Legal Notice, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with it, is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live, the state and federal courts located in Wyoming have jurisdiction.

We may update this Legal Notice to reflect changes in our business, our products, or the law. The current version, with its Last updated date, is always published here, and the version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
